At WALK FRESH, we carefully check and pack every order before shipping. We want our customers to receive the right product in good condition. Please read our return and replacement policy before placing an order.
1. Return & Replacement Eligibility
Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Defective product received
- Product leakage during delivery
To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Proof Required
To request a return or replacement, customers must share:
- Order ID
- Clear photo or video of the product
- Clear photo or video of the outer packaging
- Unboxing video, if available
- Short description of the issue
This helps us verify the issue quickly and process the request properly.
3. Conditions for Return or Replacement
Products must be:
- Unused
- Not fully consumed
- In original packaging, wherever possible
- Reported within 48 hours of delivery
If the product is damaged, leaked or defective on arrival, please do not use it fully before contacting us.
4. Cases Where Return or Replacement Will Not Be Accepted
Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Product used incorrectly
- Product was damaged after delivery
- Product fully used or consumed
- Minor packaging dents that do not affect the product
- No photo/video proof of the issue
- Request raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Dissatisfaction due to incorrect expectations without any product defect
5. Product Usage Responsibility
WALK FRESH footwear cleaning products are designed for regular shoe care. Results may vary depending on shoe material, stain type, age of stain and cleaning method.
Customers are advised to always test the product on a small hidden area before full use, especially on delicate materials such as suede, nubuck, unfinished leather or sensitive fabrics.
WALK FRESH will not be responsible for damage caused by incorrect usage, excessive scrubbing, use on unsuitable materials or failure to follow usage instructions.
6. Replacement Process
Once your request is received, our team will review the details and proof shared.
If approved, we may offer one of the following:
- Replacement of the same product
- Store credit
- Refund, only where replacement is not possible
Replacement approval is subject to verification.
7. Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank, UPI provider or payment gateway.
8. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the issue is from our side, such as a wrong product, damaged product or defective product.
For approved replacement cases caused by our side, WALK FRESH will guide you on the return pickup or replacement process.
9. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Customers may contact support immediately after placing the order if they want to request cancellation.
